Order Process

We only accept orders by fax, email or through our online shop.
NO orders will be taken over the phone, thus ensuring orders we submit to our USA & RSA manufacturers are based on what has been written or emailed directly from you, minimising order errors.

In regards to our jewellery range that can be 1/2 weeks from order, depending on size of order and stock availability, as these are local manufactured.

Our goods IMPORTED from the USA so if any errors made in ordering we do not send them back as it is not worth the cost to do so.

Delivery Times

Since we ONLY work on an order system presently, we keep minimal goods in stock.
This is due to the fact that there are thousands of products available from the suppliers, logistically to stock and to know what each client would order is not possible.

We will in future try keep in stock BEST SELLERS based on our order history.

We currently offer TWO freight price options:

SEA - This is the cheapest price option.
(This only submitted by us once a certain unit volume reached from orders)
Once we place our order with our USA manufacturer, the processing time varies from supplier depending on size of order.
Then the goods are shipped to RSA via sea freight which takes on average another 2/3 months until delivery to our clients.

Many of our Specialised Retailers/Agents order enough stock to have on hand to cover the time frame until their next order is delivered to them.

AIR FREIGHT If you would like to have your order quickly then from order close off to delivery is usually about 2/3 weeks.

Once we have your order ready we will post or courier (at your cost) your package to you, whichever you prefer.

Our wholesale prices are ONLY available to Aquarian Spirit Registered Specialised Retailers/Agents. If members of the public wish to buy from us direct, they will pay the average market price for goods or will preferably be referred to their nearest registered Agent or Specialised Retail stockist.

As we are wholesalers we operate and keep our prices low by selling our products in bulk.

A minimum order of R1000 per order from ANY of our product ranges / suppliers is required, to be able to buy at the current Wholesale prices.

The first step is to register with us online - click the JOIN icon, and complete the online form.
This will give you access to more features and sections on the website.

Next step is to FULLY complete and sign a Specialised Retailer Registration Form which we will email / fax you on request.

Once completed please fax/email it back to us with a copy of your ID Book.
