DELIVERY TIMES / COSTS
PLEASE NOTE: THE MOUNTAIN and TREE FREE ranges are huge and as such we keep limited stock. If we do not have what you are looking for we work on an order basis. We try to keep stock of our best sellers and items from popular ranges. If the item you have ordered is in stock we will send it out within 1 or 2 days to you via postal, courier option you have chosen. When an order is received by us, 50% deposit or FULL payment must be made depending on type of buyer you are classified as, Specialised Retailer, TEE-Party Agent or Online Shop Public Buyer. Those orders that are not in stock are then processed and submitted to our US manufacturer.
The Mountain manufacturer takes approximately 2/3 weeks per 1000 box program units ordered by us, and 5/7 days per 1000 loose T-shirts ordered, to manufacture and package.
Tree Free process our orders in approximately 5/7 days.
We have negotiated with these US manufacturers for the best prices possible for our clients. We currently offer TWO freight options for our Specialised Retailers, SEA (on special request only) or AIR, with the price list reflecting the options. By SEA the prices are cheaper per unit BUT take on average 6 to 8 weeks to arrive in SA and be delivered to a client. The AIR option (most popular) takes approximately 2 weeks until delivery to a client, with the price per unit slightly higher. Our TEE-Party Price list has ONLY the AIR option and thus the 2 week delivery time.
PLEASE NOTE we are dealing with our goods going through strict RSA customs portals and delays can occur IF on the rare occassion Customs decide to choose our shipment to do a random standard procedure customs examination. In this scenario our hands are tide and we can only wait until they release the shipment.
Due to the high cost of duties (40% for shirts and 20% for cards), import vat, freight, on these products, we have kept our markup VERY LOW to ensure products reach Joe Public at a reasonable price for the Quality product.
Those clients that work on 50% deposit basis (Specialised Retailers) must pay over the balance due, before we will release their goods by courier/post (at client's cost).
We offer various delivery, postal, courier options on all items purchased to all areas, at client's cost.
All prices are INCLUDING VAT.
RETURNS POLICY
NB!!! All Sales are considered final. We will not exchange box program shirts. This is based on the manufacturer's Returns Policy. In the very RARE occurance there is an obvious manufacturer's fault, we will review each case individually.
